Bridge Capital Give Back Raffle

Habitat for Humanity is working with Bridge Capital on a raffle fundraiser that will allow Habitat for Humanity Calgary to raise money and their profile in the Calgary community. Bridge Capital is looking forward to creating a long term relationship with Habitat for Humanity Calgary and future fundraisers. By teaming with Habitat, Bridge Capital is able to market to homeowners in an innovative method. Bridge Capital is delighted to deliver the message that homeowners can save money and in return they can be entered into a raffle.

Bridge Capital is an independent residential and commercial mortgage broker that has been serving the Calgary area sine 2001. Take into account the current given conditions of the marketplace which are low interest rates, high levels of debt and a soft real estate market. Bridge Capital is looking to take advantage of their experience and lender relationships to help individual save money while raising money for Habitat for Humanity Calgary. Bridge Capital is hosting a raffle fundraiser that will see Bridge Capital donate up to $500 from 100 mortgages brokered on behalf of Calgary homeowners until March 2010. The prize money will come from commissions earned on mortgages brokered and would be split between the winner and Habitat for Humanity Calgary.

Each raffle entry will be given to a homeowner based on Bridge Capital successfully brokering:

1. a new mortgage
2. renewing an existing mortgage coming due
3. refinancing an existing mortgage for a homeowner with Habitat for Humanity Calgary
