The open house held at the Langdon Field House was very well attended. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the evening and provided us with valuable feedback regarding the changes we have made to the project.

Technical Studies Underway

April 2009

The current Area Structure Plan accounts for single family development only.  Our proposed development includes a mix of single and multi-family housing.  In order for the project to be approved, Rocky View must amend the Area Structure Plan based on the proposed Land Use Bylaw amendment for this project.

Technical studies must be completed to determine if the current infrastructure can accommodate this higher density.

Studies are projected to be completed by the end of July.
