Habitat Calgary actively pursues all opportunities for land acquisition and development to provide affordable homes for local families in need.  Each project is uniquely designed to suit the surrounding community and the land available. 

We are excited to have several new projects at various stages of review and approval within the development permitting process which are expected to begin over the coming months and a proposed multi-phase development that, if approved, would be slated to begin late next year.
