Strategic Plan

Executive Summary Habitat for Humanity Calgary's primary goal in the next three to five year period is to double our current 2007 construction capacity of 15 units per year to 30 units per year. This will be achieved through the implementation of the Strategic Plan and the Business Plan.

Through the Strategic Planning process, Habitat for Humanity Calgary identified four strategic directions:

• Develop the capacity and influence of the Board
• Initiate new resource development strategies
• Expand broader community awareness and partnerships with Habitat for Humanity Calgary
• Require continuous improvement of internal processes and capabilities

Accomplishment of these strategic directions will propel Habitat for Humanity Calgary toward achieving its vision and mission.
